At Arena Stage, I honed my foundation in arts sales and customer engagement, working at the intersection of front-line service and revenue generation. I handled point-of-service sales and will call, supported both inbound and outbound group sales efforts, and consistently tracked weekly sales goals to ensure the office met its targets.
One highlight of my tenure was contributing to a single-donation campaign that generated over $11,000 in contributions. By effectively engaging patrons at the point of sale and tailoring conversations to inspire giving, I helped strengthen the company’s donor pipeline while deepening patron relationships.
This experience gave me early exposure to balancing sales, fundraising, and customer service, while developing the communication and relationship-building skills that I carried into larger leadership roles later in my career.
